Richard G. Weissman, C.P.M., who has more than twenty-five years of experience in supply chain management and procurement. He is an Assistant Professor for the Endicott College Van Loan School of Graduate and Professional Studies, Beverly, MA, specializing in operations management. Rich holds an MS in Management from Lesley University and a BA in Economics from Rutgers University. He is a member of the Board of Directors of the Institute of Supply Management's Electronics Group, serves on the editorial advisory board of the Supplier Selection and Management Report, and is a contributing editor to The Manufacturer Magazine. He is also a former president of the Purchasing Management Association of Boston, and a 2003 recipient of the Harry J. Graham Memorial Award, the highest honor bestowed by the organization.
