Steve Case

Steve Case
Raytheon Company

Steve Case is a Six Sigma Black Belt currently assigned to the Raytheon Supply Chain organization within Network Centric System. Steve has 25 plus years experience in operations, quality, and supply chain organizations. Steve has been actively engaged in the Six Sigma field for over 10 years. He has consulted with multiple suppliers both domestic and international on a variety of cost reduction strategies. Steve and his organization focus not on managing suppliers but rather on integrating suppliers in to the value stream. The central goal is to deliver improved supplier performance, enhanced supplier relationships, and foster supplier growth and development.

Steve is also active in the training and knowledge sharing arenas. He assists in the delivery of Raytheon's version of Six Sigma Green Belt training, Raytheon Six Sigma with Suppliers training, and Black Belt level Integrated Supply Chain training. Over the course of his career with Raytheon Steve has been the recipient of several awards including the Navy's NVMAT/Willoughby Award and Raytheon's Six Sigma Celebration Chairman's level award.

Steve currently lives in the Dallas Texas area with his wife Cassie, daughter Kathryn, and sons Triston and Mason. In his spare time Steve enjoys diving, music, reading, and football/sports. Steve received his Bachelors of Science in Business Management from the University of Phoenix and is currently pursuing his MBA.
